Touch Kailash tour is specially designed for travellers with peripatetic with a unique adventure. This tour offers you an opportunity to hike right up to the foot of the Mountain on its north face. This tour also gives you an excellent chance for the proper acclimatisation in Tibet before going up to the higher elevated regions of the journey.

Acclimatisation Process

The tour starts with arrival in Lhasa. You will stay in the City for the next two days with a guided tour of all the major attractions in Lhasa City. After Lhasa city, we will drive to southern Tibet region of Lhokha prefecture for two days with a one days hiking to the hermitage cave of the Guru Rinpoche. This hiking is two that give your body a better opportunity to adapt to the high elevation of Tibet.

After the day hiking to Chimphu Hermit, we will continue westward to the Mount Kailash region. Along the way, we will stop over in GyantseShigatse, Latse, and Saga before reaching the mount Kailash. Around Mount Kailash, we will spend four days trekking. Three days for the trekking and one day for the Actual trekking inward to the North face of the Mount to Touch it.

Return Journey

After the trekking mount Kailash, we will drive further west to see the region of the Ancient Capital of the Guge Kingdom. We will visit the Mount Everest basecamp on our way back to Lhasa.
