- Tibet is located Very high. Don’t get high in high altitude. Take it slowly and one step at a time. There is an illness called high altitude sickness, and it’s fatal.
- Tibetan don’t like skins that much, especially in monasteries. Tibet Sun is also powerful; you may not want to get burned.
- There is a Tibetan Saying, the best medicine is the water, drinking lots of it but in your our bottle from home.
