At Everest Basecamp in Tibet, the only available place to buy food is in those Tent guest house and the Rongbuk Monastery restaurant. All the tent guest house has its kitchen. They serve relatively good food from Noodle, Fried rice, and other simple dishes. If you stay at the Everest Basecamp, they will serve breakfast.  they can make pancake and omelette and instant coffee. With us, breakfast is always included.

Dishes at the Rongbuk Monastery is delicious, but it will be expensive for you. If you eat in that restaurant, it is better to have your guide calculate and pay for it. Instead, you were paying it directly.
